  • Identifying critical factors for outsourcing success from Strategic, Technology and Financial perspectives for Opex for existing customer and evaluate business model for managed services within group. This includes but not be limited to financial models, operational processes, market drivers and deliverables. Analyze the IT service market and customer requirements.
  • Developed managed services strategy and conducted market segmentation to achieve the managed service sales target. Evaluated business cases and TCO (total cost of ownership) for managed services and introduced and successfully delivered managed services product in coordination with HP.
  • Explore and analyze customer’s managed services requirements, make an end-to-end service solution. Define service baselines and provide a competitive managed services solution to fulfill customer’s requirements. Supporting customers in writing managed services RFPs and services contract.
  • Developed and designed measures to controls for managed services’ suppliers Designing and implementing new Sales strategies for managed services and outsourcing.
  • Leading sales team for new customer acquisition by developing new products as per market needs and implementing innovative sales strategies. Raising awareness of managed service to the customers. Assisting account managers to identify opportunities and providing technical pre-sales support when required.
  • Responsible for designing and developing managed services profit mode and pricing model. Lead an end-to-end managed service sales project from opportunity creation to feasibility study.
  • Define the win strategy and client solution to develop proposal, to due diligence and contract negotiation, till contract and transition.
  • Working with HP Middle East for reaching sales quota by weekly sales funnel review and measuring team performance.
  • Introduced new concept of Managed Applications and Managed Database launching in GCC by the second quarter of 2008, which will eventually reduce 50% operation expenses for customers.
  • Designed feasibility Study process for new product development and project management department.
  • Designed and re-engineered outsourcing concepts by implementing difference between tactical, strategic and transformational outsourcing.

  • Implementation of TimesTen in Memory database exclusively to server 1.8 million prepaid subscribers and replication to TimesTen on disaster recovery site.
  • Design and Implementation of 2 nodes for billing and 3 nodes for history, eCare and web portal Oracle Real Application Cluster. Using Data guard, Oracle Streams and Oracle Flashback Technology to ensure 24 x 7 business continuity.
  • Decreased administration cycle time 60%, by researching and implementing automated scripting tools to execute multiple application commands across several systems simultaneously.
  • Deployed tuning techniques to optimize database response time with over 40 million records updates per 5 minutes.
  • Designed and implemented data load procedure for web portal and data warehouse reducing 70% of data loading time.
  • Implementing combination of MAA to achieve 2.5 minutes downtime, for 12 Oracle databases using Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Streams, Oracle Flashback Technology and Automatic Storage Management (ASM).
  • Project manager for data migration from old billing system on Informix to oracle. Supported Developer to write codes, procedures and triggers to ensure optimal system performance. Review database access code and recommend tuning opportunities.
  • Analyzed and re-designed IT processes for accuracy and significant efficiency and performance gains, saving estimated $10K in annual company costs by implementing paper less environment.
  • Directed Implementation of Oracle Financials & Oracle Collaboration Suit for the company and the entire group to save estimated $20K annually.
  • Designed process for eCommerce website to build online stock trading for its clients and portfolio holders to achieve maximum performance for productivity.
  • Designed the new portfolio system based on Oracle technologies which is state of the art solution, tightly integrated to oracle financials.
  • Determined technologies and costs to implement VOIP system across subsidiaries to reduce the cost on communication.
  • Developed database design, implementing business process and deploying Oracle based Insurance application used by production departments, modules deployed:
    • Individual Life Insurance system
    • Individual Claim system
    • Group Life & medical Insurance system
    • Group life & Medical Claim system
  • Designed Database system for Share Holders and worked as a team leader with developers to build application in-house for corporate department for management of share holders and dividend processing. System was linked to core financial application for lesser human interaction and concurrent accounting reports.
  • The data warehouse had an input of over 250 approx. files every month from various customers. I instigated a process that would validate, cleanse and report aggregated erroneous data, alert business users and substantially ease support effort. I led a matrixed staff in the design and implementation of the product estimated to save $ thousands annually. Interacted with developers to ensure proper loading of data.
  • Designed the Intranet system which included a complex Oracle database. The schema included multi-dimensional tables and the number of tables exceeded 200.
  • Designed and implemented multi-node RAC system that is using data guard to replicate to standby database.
